Serving Suggestions

1-2 teaspoons of herb per cup of boiling water, steeped for 10-15 mins, taken 3 times per day. Add a little honey if it is too bitter for you or a little mint to improve the flavour.

Start on a low dose and build up slowly. Not to be taken with pharmaceutical tranquillisers.
