I absolutely love the ingredients in the Spiced Muesli, in fact, I wanted to know what spices were in it as I loved the flavour so much. Traditional Oats (50%), Coconut (Coconut, Preservative (Sulphur Dioxide)), Almonds, Coconut Sugar, Pepitas, Cranberries Dried Sweetened (Cranberries, Sugar, Sunflower Oil), Goji Berries (Goji Berries, Preservative (Sulphur Dioxide)), Cinnamon (1%), Ginger (0.5%), Cloves (0.5%), Nutmeg (0.5%).
Contains Cereals Oats almonds, gluten
May Contain Peanuts, Soybeans, Tree Nuts.
In Australia we are unable to call any product that contains oats - gluten free and we must declare as an allergen. We have the Gold Standard in Oats, nil gluten contamination from seed to plate from the gluten found in wheat, rye, and barley. A small percentage of Coeliac patients react to the Avenin in oats, please do an oat challenge before consuming as our oats are now being recommended in the diet.
