  • Use the right size brownie tin, 20cm x 20cm.
  • Don’t overbake your brownie, check yours at 25 minutes and don’t bake longer than 30 minutes

RECIPE IDEA: RASPBERRY & WHITE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

Make your brownie mix as per the packet instructions. Then add 100g fresh raspberries and ÂĽ cup white chocolate chips, mix gently until combined. Bake these brownies for 35-40 minutes.
